CBD Tincture - Good Night

For maximum effectiveness, measure the desired dosage, then place and hold under the tongue for 30-60 seconds before swallowing.

The average dosage of CBD:CBN can range from 25 MG CBD : 8.3 MG CBN (1/4 of a Dropper) to 100 MG CBD to 33.3 MG CBN (1 full dropper) nightly. Adjust dosage as needed as individual results may vary depending on your endocannabinoid system.
